Noy, please do not do as they do. Do not be dragged into the argument Villar and Gordon is dragging you into. You have been so clean so far, and that is exactly what they want you to do … dirty politics, dirty campaigning. Do not play to their tune.
Do not start trading with them about accomplishments. You will lose. You are talking to Villar and Gordon who can recite their accomplishments long after you finished reciting yours. We didn’t like you for what you have done. We like what we believe you can do. We know that the legacy of your parents will be so strong that you will not do us wrong. We like the fact that, side by side with them, you are inexperienced, a novice. We do not care that you have very few things to trump about, we pin our hopes on you. We need you to give us that break our country needs, a break from old politics, from corruption, from bad governance, from greed. That is what we need, a small break from these things that dragged this forsaken country so low, so we can have momentum to get going again. That is what we believe you can do, that is what you should be talking about.
